these terms
These are the terms on which Sage Nootropics Limited, company number 16808708, registered in England & Wales, sells to you. please read them before ordering. by placing an order you accept them.
ordering
we sell as a guest checkout. there is no account and no password. you give us only what is needed to take payment and deliver your order.
your order is an offer to buy. a contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. if we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund any payment taken for it.
price and payment
prices are shown in pounds sterling and are set in our payment provider, Stripe. payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. we do not handle or store card details.
VAT: Sage Nootropics Limited is in the process of VAT registration. Once registered, prices shown will include VAT at the applicable rate and the VAT number will appear on this page and on your receipt.
subscriptions
a subscription delivers twenty four cans each month, on the same date each month, and renews automatically until you cancel. it is billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
you can pause, change or cancel from the Stripe customer portal, reached by the link in your order email. cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again. orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
if we change the subscription price we will tell you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
delivery
delivery zones, costs and timings are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
cancellation and returns
your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything here.
product information
we describe our product by its ingredients, its format and how it tastes. we do not make health or performance claims about it. ingredients are listed on each product page and on the can.
sage contains caffeine from yerba mate. not recommended for children, or for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet.
our liability
we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
events outside our control
we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. if one happens we will tell you and, if the delay is substantial, you can cancel and be refunded for undelivered goods.
governing law
these terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
