About these terms

These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you order.
Products and prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We try to make sure prices are correct; if we find an error, we'll contact you before your order is dispatched.
Ordering and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We take payment when you place your order, through our secure checkout.
Delivery

Subscribe & save
With a subscription you receive a 12-pack on a repeating schedule and pay 10% less than the one-off price. Your subscription renews automatically and we take payment before each delivery. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing info@sagenootropics.com, before your next payment date. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Because sage is a food and drink product, this right does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, or to goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly. Unopened, sealed packs can be returned as set out on our shipping and returns page.
Faulty or damaged goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, contact us and we'll put it right.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Caffeine
High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women (48mg/100ml). Consume moderately.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
